An American songwriter, actress, author,
businesswoman, and humanitarian, Dolly Parton
has done it all in her 50 year career but country
music is what she is most famous for. As the
most honoured female country performer of all
time, 25 of her songs have topped the Billboard
Country charts and she has 25 certified gold,
platinum, and multi-platinum awards. Her 41 top
10 country albums, a record for any artist, and 110
singles have earned in excess of $100 million and
she has garnered 8 Grammy Awards, (receiving
46 nominations) 2 Academy Award nominations,
10 Country Music Association Awards, 7 Academy
of Country Music Awards and 3 American Music
Awards. I Will Always Love You is one of Parton’s
most famous songs and was later covered by

TINA TURNER
Anna Mae Bullock, is best known by her stage name
of Tina Turner, or better still, The Queen of Rock ‘n’
Roll. Winning 8 Grammy Awards and selling more
concert tickets than any other solo performer
in history, Turner began her career almost half a
century ago and her combined album and single
have sold approximately 100 million copies
globally. Her fifth solo album in 1984 titled Private
Dancer alone sold 5 million copies just in America
and a further eleven million copies worldwide,
making it her most successful album and a top ten
