Of course, there was also plenty of time for
networking and learning from other participants in
the industry and copies of the papers presented at
the conference have already been made available
to all ARC members via the member portal and
are available on request from the Association of
Residential Communities.

As usual, the conference was concluded by the
very necessary golf day. Like many of the coastline
golf courses, this was not a very forgiving course,
with hardly any roughs, but rather bush and thick
vegetation gulping up many a golf ball; nevertheless,
it was a great opportunity to enjoy new company
and to network. Let’s just say there was no need for
hole-in-one insurance at this particular event.
As an estate-specific publication, the Estate Living
team always loves connecting with community
managers face-to-face and further cementing our
relationship with them. We come back full of ideas
and with renewed energy to serve this unique
marketplace. Perhaps best describing the conference
