top 50 restaurants in the world had a female head chef,
none had a solo female head chef making professional
kitchens the world over overflow with a heavy dose of
machismo.

A lack of female role models is not the reason
instead the masculine, unappealing and
uncomfortable golf course is and there is a
strong argument that a female designer can
provide valuable input in encouraging more
women players.
