I would like to let you know that I practice ballet, my name is Esther Shrem, and I go to ballet classes since I was three years old and I don´t regret it, it was the best thing that could ever happen to me, it is my passion, and I want you to try it. Many of you should think how ballerinas are so skinny, when they are not exercising a lot, well let me tell you that ballet is one of the best exercises because it strengthens our body and also according to Su Reid-St. John from Health Magazine “…exercises involve "micro-movements…”, and that makes you a flat belly.
Ballet dancers rise themselves very high because they appear tall and light while they are performing. Ballet dancers use point shoes, those shoes let them dance on the tip of their toes.
Ballerinas have a lot of strength on their legs, and on their feet they put all their weight in their toes, and still manage themselves to look effortlessly, graceful and beautiful.
According to Deanna Berman from Washington State-licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a New York State Certified Midwife she says that “Ballet is a wonderful form of exercise and an opportunity to develop many skills necessary in life…”, and well, that’s true, ballet helps ballerinas to icrease their flexibility thanks to the type of exercise they do, also it helps you to improive your posture, nothing looks more beautiful in a women than a good posture, that way she will look beautiful and confident.
While dancing ballet you sweat, and while you sweat you are setting free toxins and many other things of your body.
And what most girls want, it helps you to tone and strength our muscles, specially the legs, arms and belly.
Also dancing ballet helps the people heal themselves from some medical conditions.
Many girls may look ballet like if it is something boring and something very strict and other girls consider this dance beautiful and very graceful.
Did you knew that ballet is the basic foundation for most forms of dance, because everything that you learn while dancing ballet those things you learned can be used to practice other types of dances.
It is recommendable that mothers take their little girls to ballet classes, and do you know why, have you ever seen a little girl coming out of her ballet class, most of the times that girl is smiling, and she shows what she is learning while she took her ballet class, and that is because the music, the steps, and the grace of ballet are very good confidence boosters.
