A window to our souls

Ballet is an art, that was created thanks the movement of the human body.

According to Treva Bendinghaus in her article she states that “Ballet dancing is known for its grace and elegance, as ballerinas seem to glide across the stage almost effortlessly”.

Did you knew that practicing ballet helps to develop self-confidence, because the ballerina learns what she is capable of using her body and also by using her mind, and what the ballerina is performing looks beautiful and also it looks graceful.

It may sound weird that this type of dance helps to develop the self-confidence, so let me tell you why, well when you first enter to a ballet class you may feel awkward because it is very difficult, but when you keep practicing you´ll get good results and by the time someone accomplishes something that was very difficult for them at the beginning it rises our confidence that we can reach other obstacles.
