A Calendar Full Of Flavor
Since opening, the Culinary Center has hosted everything from weddings and launch parties to themed dinners and tasting events.“ We hosted our first wedding and reception here on Father’ s Day,” says McDonald.“ The bride and groom, their friends and family— everyone was raving about the team and the space. It was a proud moment.”( More about that on page 20!)
Events like the Tequila & Tapas night and the Woodford Reserve barrel launch have quickly become Member favorites. And the Cooking & Cocktails Series with National Director of Food, Beverage & Culinary Experience Patrick Scully continues to be a standout.“ We’ re just getting started,” Patrick says.“ Our bi-annual Grand Wine Tasting is coming up, where nearly 400 Members will sample more than 100 wines. It’ s going to be incredible.”
Looking ahead, the team is exploring new ideas, from expanded cooking classes to the addition of a meat-aging cabinet in the dining room.“ We’ re always listening to our Members and looking for ways to surprise and delight. One of my favorite things about opening this new space is being able to design a menu that is catered to the specific tastes of our Members,” says Chef Mike Mann.
