HOW TO STOP HAIR LOSS

Very important is a good night's sleep. The rest helps your hair to grow.
Stress isn't good for the whole body. When we are healthy our hair is
growing constantly, especially during sleep.
Massage with almond oil. This promotes hair growth
and prevents the loss of hair.
Most soaps and shampoos have chemicals, so use natural substitutes.
Add a lot of fresh vegetables to your menu, avoid tobacco and alcohol.
Don't use too many hair styling products.
Onion broth makes hair stronger and prevents hair loss. So if you want
to have healthy hair, you could try to make and use onion broth. Onion
strengthens hair roots, adds sheen and reduces hair loss.
RECIPE:
ONION BROTH
Take about 30-50 g of onion skins, cover
with a glass of water and boil it for about
15-20 min. Leave it for half an hour.
Strain it. Dampen the washed and dried
hair with this liquid and let it dry naturally
if you want to see an effect.
