You must not fall below 80% for a bursary and 100% for an EMA. Your course leader will explain this to you. 4. You cannot use an absence form to return to your country for a holiday. Resources Required/ Booklist Study books, workbooks and a dictionary will be provided on this course. Please remember to return them at the end of the year. We have a variety of books such as Face 2 Face, English File, Inside Out, Headway and Reward. New books this year will also include Cambridge PET Objectives. An allocation of paper for printing will be made to you through the college system to support your learning; however any excess above this allocation will be the responsibility of you the student. You can always increase your allowance if you do run out at the library just ask for Cara. Copies cost around 3p for black & white and 30p for colour. Volunteering Booking a PC The Learning Technology Suite located on the first floor in the CALC building is a central resource for all students. There are also laptops you can use in the soft seat area. Your lecturers may book classroom sets from time to time. These can be collected from various positions across the college. Guidance and Development Process Personal Planning Your tutor is your first point of contact and will support you personally and academically throughout your course.
