Observation cards help us to know the environment in which the student is and if this is
appropriate for their academic development. In order to obtain information about the
school's infrastructure 5 observation cards were used. It allows to know if it has all the
requirements and staff that they need: department Dental, medical center, psychological
department, green spaces. Besides observing the features of recreational spaces for
extracurricular programs. Evidence if the classroom has all the equipment, such as:
blackboard, chairs and tables in good conditions. This data was analyzed to know what the
situation in the Unidad Educativa ABC school.
To prepare this report, the students have developed bibliographic reading to define the
theory which supports the school environment and infrastructure: school environment,
education policy, and the learning process, including academic articles, research reports and
books (Barret, Treves, Shims, Ambasz, & Ustinova, 2012). We handle the information by
the quality of school infrastructure has a significant effect on school attendance and drop‐
out rates. Students are less likely to attend schools in need of structural repair, schools that
use temporary structures, and schools that have understaffed janitorial services. (Branham,
