ERSA ATW I gave my fi rst workshop in Split, Croatia last month and our fi rst member from Egypt passed his Master Professional Stringer Level 1. Waheed Abdelshafy has three tennis shops in Cairo with two partners. The shops are WINNER TENNIS SHOP and located in Cairo. They also string a large amount of squash racquets. Waheed is interested in getting his MPS Level 2 and Pro Tour Stringer Level 1 in the near future. A really talented stringer with a great work ethic so he should have no problems with the other certifi cations. I have been getting many requests to show photos of a Grand Slam Stringing Room, so here is a few up to date photos from Wimbledon. They were taken the end of the fi rst week when things slowed down a lot. Notice there are no bags for the racquets. They are not allowed anymore in the UK.
