I was able to set up an appointment with Nick Down, our International Squash Manager, to take
his advanced workshop and the ERSA Pro Tour Stringer certifi cation tests.
Everyone who has taken the workshop said they learned so much. Nick knows more than anyone
about squash.
After a few years I was able to organize a time when both of us were not too busy.
He is a consultant for racquets and strings with many manufacturers, on top of stringing at major
squash tournaments around the world.
I learned about 10 times more than I thought I would. Nick is a walking encyclopedia on squash.
You learn to think about many more things doing all kinds of strange patterns. The tennis stringers
who took this workshop all said this helped their overall stringing.
I can highly recommend to all of our members to take this course. Nick is also a certifi ed instructor
and knows how to teach and explain everything so it is easy to understand.
