 How do you invest in the key leaders within the denominations and major networks you partner with? In the Philippines, the answer is Leader Development Groups( LDGs).
 LDGs focus on character development and leadership skill competency. These small groups— typically three to four people of the same gender— meet monthly for three hours, either online or in person. Meetings begin with a discipleship band and conclude with a discussion of a practical leadership skill.
 The impact is clear. LDGs have expanded at every level of Every Community for Christ Philippines and across the denominations and major networks we partner with. Four leaders share how their LDG experience has impacted their lives and leadership:
 One district coordinator described the experience as a pivotal moment in his leadership and spiritual journey.“ Surrounded by a community committed to intentional growth, I was challenged to reflect deeply on my strengths and areas for development. Through honest conversations and consistent accountability, I learned to lead with humility, integrity, and purpose.
“ LDG reshaped how I approach ministry. The group’ s emphasis on character and spiritual depth helped me lead with authenticity and compassion. I began listening more, creating space for others to grow, and leading from a posture of humility. These shifts weren’ t just theoretical— they transformed how I serve as a district coordinator and pastor.
