The Transformative Impact of
Seed Sower Training

A quiet revolution emerged in 2013 in South Asia, led by women who discovered their identity, purpose, and calling through One Mission Society’ s( OMS) Dynamic Women in Missions( DWIM) Seed Sower training. It has expanded to include all four OMS regions: Asia / Pacific, Africa, Europe / Middle East, and Latin America / Caribbean. This training is a catalyst for transformation— spiritually, personally, and communally.
In communities across Africa, DWIM partners with OMS’ Village Church Planting movement, and the impact has been both profound and widespread. In Kenya, a woman shared how the Seed Sower training gave her the courage to gather women in her village for weekly Bible studies, even though she had never seen herself as a leader. That group now includes young women who had previously left the church, single mothers seeking hope, and elderly widows looking for community.
