Senior HR Systems Analyst
Ashley Nelson joined the HR admin team
as an apprentice on 1st April 2011.
His role as an apprentice was to support the Admin team with the
recruitment process, inputting sickness, processing leavers and
confirming changes to terms and conditions of colleagues.
During his apprenticeship Ashley undertook an NVQ Business
Administration qualification in level 2 &3.
Ashley showed a flair for working with systems and in June 2013, Ashley
was successful in obtaining the permanent role of Reward and HR
systems Administrator, where he worked ½ his time on the admin
team and the other ½ of his time working on the HR System, ensuring
contents were input consistently, and setting up automated processes
so that the team worked efficiently.
In April 2017, Ashley was promoted to HR Systems Analyst, working
alongside the Payroll Manager in maintaining the HR system. In
November 2017 Ashley was again promoted to Senior HR Systems
Analyst due to his experience and involvement in the implementation of
OpenHR.
Ashley has developed his career due to his experience with the HR
System.
