Apprenticeships
Since launching the new delivery of the Apprenticeship
Programme at Accord in 2018 we have had 69 active
learners on programme, being taught from Entry Level
2 to Higher Degree level 6 programmes. Accord have
continued to deliver a suite of programmes that have
met the needs of business objectives, ranging from
Health Care, Finance, Business, Management, Customer
Service to Quantity Surveying and Property Maintenance.
Overall in the last two years, Accord have recruited 31
new apprentices to join the organisation ,which has
progressed in making 10 new recruits permanent after
they have successfully passed their apprenticeship in
a timely manner and shown to be a great value to the
organisation . We have also continued our mission to
further develop and upskilled a further 38 members of
staff over this period, continuing upon this success in
the future of the Apprenticeship Programme at Accord.

Learning and development
Our e-learning training offer for colleagues has been
updated to include essential training including
safeguarding, fairness, recruitment and selection,
domestic abuse, anti-social behaviour and hate crime.
Safeguarding training is mandatory all colleagues,
regardless of job role.
