Provision of internal / in-house training is a standard practice in the MedDev industry. 92% of
the surgical/medical gloves manufacturers, 64% of companies within other consumables
segment and 71% non-consumables companies also send their employees for external
training courses. The common training or upskilling programmes provided to employees are
