Employability Institute and Singapore Workforce
Development Agency (WDA). These agencies
have invested S$ 10 Million for 2 years to do the
following:
Support companies’ effort to review and
redesign their work processes as well as
human resource practices such as job
scope and progression pathways
To enable companies to acquire new
softwares and hardwares related to
automation
To train and retrain employees to help
work effectively.
