3.6 Labour Productivity
In 2016, the average labour productivity per worker of the surveyed companies increased
4.6% to RM91,504 from RM87,486 in the previous year. The average labour productivity per
hour worked also grew at the same rate from RM34.58 to RM36.17.
There is no correlation found between labour productivity and employment size of the
company.
