In order to attract and retain employees, majority of the companies in the industry are
training or plan to train their current employees to fill in the gaps and provide better benefits
and incentives for employees. More than 60% of surgical/medical gloves manufacturers and
the non-consumables companies also offer or plan to offer above-industry-average salaries.
