Hello from the North Pole!
Well, maybe not exactly, but it sure feels like it with the sub-zero temperatures and record amount of
snowfall we've had. We have snow piled up everywhere, and I have no idea where we might put any more.
We are definitely ready for spring in this part of the country!
With the inclement weather, we have had some “off ” days in production, which might mean a slight delay
in getting new coaches to dealers, and we also had some issues with our phones, Internet and emails being
down, which could have caused a delay in responding to your needs. For that, we apologize and hope we are
all back on track now. We will keep our fingers crossed that we don’t get hit again with snow or ice.
And as for Punxsutawney Phil —who predicted six more weeks of winter — does anyone have a trap??
While we have been suffering through this winter, I have received pictures from several of you showing
beautiful blue skies, beaches, golfing, sunbathing, etc. You wouldn’t be rubbing it in, now would you?
It’s great to see you are enjoying life and all that you have worked so hard for. I appreciate that so many of
you have offered to have me come visit. As long as you are prepared for a family of nine, I might take you up
on that (ha ha).
Our sales team has been on the road continuously since the first of the year assisting dealers with retail
shows, and as our Entegra Coach family continues to grow, we find ourselves in customer service
wondering just where the days go. There are always questions to answer, assistance to give and relationships
being formed – and that truly is the best part of our jobs! A sure sign of those great friendships was the
recent Customer Appreciation Dinner that we held during the Tampa Super Show – 200 guests in
attendance. WOW! It was such a pleasure to be part of this wonderful event and having so many of you
