Alright, so, in this week’s issue of Enix Reloaded’s Tips & Hints section, we are going to help you with the boss of The World That Never Was in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance on Sora’s side, Xemnas. A lot of people have had trouble with this boss (although it’s to be expected, as he is the final boss for Sora) because of his DPS/M (Damage Per Second/Minute) and larger Health Gauge.

Info/Guide: Xemnas is the final boss of the game on Sora’s side, and with this in mind, deals a LOT of damage VERY quickly with his twin Ethereal Blades. Before you start the fight, SAVE AND USE A DROP-ME-NOT/NEVER. At the start of the battle, Xemnas will throw buildings at you, so use a Dodge Roll to avoid them. Once you reach him, use small attacks to get him moving (don’t use any major attacks, or he will destroy you). In this phase, Xemnas will start rolling and spinning around the area. If he tries to hit you, just block and perform a counter on him or use an attack like Ars Arcanum or Salvation/Faith (if he manages to hit you, use Curaga). When you can, roll away, then roll back and issue a Sliding Sidewinder attack. Don’t forget you Dream Eaters! They will help you a lot, by using their links or dual links. At any point if he stops moving, prepare a Balloonga spell, and once it hits him, start up a Sonic Blade attack (First phase once you reach him + second phase). If Xemnas conjures up four walls around Sora, jump out of the enclosed space, as this is a VERY strong attack (or you could use Flowmotion off the walls, mega-jump out, and use attack him outside Think OUTSIDE the box, Xemnas!). When half of his total HP is gone, he will change the stage and start whipping buildings at you again, so Air Slide left and right, watching buildings fall in a pattern, and try to roll Sora underneath. He will soon throw a final building, knocking Sora into a dive, where you must use Reality Shifts to avoid being hit by flying buildings. Now, Xemnas is tired so head towards him via Flowmotion on rails, but DO NOT use a Flowmotion attack on the last rail because this will cause Xemnas to get up. Instead, land next to him, and shred him with an Ars Arcanum. He will change the stage back to normal whether or not you’ve finished giving him things to remember, he will be stronger and quicker than ever, so dish out deck commands, and don’t die!

Good luck everyone, and thanks for reading Enix Reloaded’s Tips and Hints section! RELOAD!
