OVERAIR , CITY TO DEVELOP AND LAUNCH EVTOL OPERATIONS AT ARLINGTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
Overair , an emerging global leader in advanced air mobility ( AAM ) and developer of all-electric vertical takeoff and landing ( eVTOL ) aircraft , announced a historic partnership with the City of Arlington . This collaboration marks the first-ever direct partnership between a city in Texas and an eVTOL Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM ). Together , Overair and Arlington aim to develop and launch electric vertical takeoff and landing operations , starting at Arlington Municipal Airport , and extending throughout the DFW region .
