Residential Street Rebuild 2017 Phase II Underway
The Arlington Public Works and Transportation Department is
beginning to plan for Phase II of the 2017 Residential Streets
Rebuild Project.
The plans being considered include roadway, water and
sanitary sewer, sidewalk, and street light improvements on
the following streets:
• Second Street (S. Center Street to Mary Street)
• Third Street (S. Center Street to Mary Street)
• Rose Street (S. Elm Street to Mary Street)
• Hosack Street (S. Center Street to Mary Street)
• Ray Street (S. Center to Mary Street)
• Mary Street (E. Mitchell Street to Ray Street)
Funding for these improvements, which align with the City Council priorities to Enhance Regional Mobility and
Champion Great Neighborhoods, was approved by Arlington residents in the 2008 and 2014 bond elections.
