staff spotlight
in the winter, spring, and summers. Jordan
returned to HAC full time after 2 years in West
Virginia when he decided that the major he’d
originally chosen wasn’t the right fit for him.
After returning home and starting back to
HAC full time over the summer, he was able
to help A.I.’s football team with their workout
routines and conditioning and was offered
a coaching position. He picked up the early
morning shift and began coaching at A.I. He
coached at A.I. for seven seasons before
moving on to coach at the Tatnall School for
his first season this year. He is headed into
his final semester of school in the spring
where he’ll finish up his Bachelor of Science
in Organizational Management at Wilmington
University. He doesn’t plan to leave HAC after
finishing – he wants to make HAC a “long
term play.” Though the cards have fallen in
his favor to be able to coach football while
working full time – a schedule that is hard
to come by unless you’re a teacher (which
was his major at WVU, by the way!) – HAC
is more than just a job that affords him that
opportunity.
HAC has been “home” to him for over
a decade. “Over the years, I have really
enjoyed working one on one with our
customers, building friendships both inside
and outside of the workplace. HAC is family
oriented, and it’s rewarding to watch the
families grow with HAC,” he says.
HAC loves him as much as he loves HAC
too - his quick wit and above and beyond
customer service has made him a fan-favorite
of the members and other employees.
Jordan currently holds the record for most
WOW cards.

Jordan works out 5

5 days of weightlifting
and on 3 of those
days he does cardio.
Captain and Coke
is Jordan’s favorite
drink.
For a while, the
“Jordan Special”
had its own place
on the HAC Café’s
Menu. Though it’s
no longer there, it’s
still a special order
favorite. Jordan eats
a grilled chicken wrap
with cheddar cheese,
bacon, and honey
mustard (almost) every day for lunch.
