E+P: Please tell us a bit about your background and how you got involved with music?
I grew up in a musical home. My dad was a semi-professional singer and total music nut. So I started singing at a young age. I took trumpet in school and played in concert bands, pep bands, and the like all through high school.
I loved singing more, so I taught myself guitar so I could be in a rock band and play and instrument too. I ended up loving songwriting and performing. I also have been involved with worship leading and music ministry at my church for the past 7 years, where I get to continue to use my singing, guitar playing, songwriting, and recording passions.

Specifically with The Recording Revolution I feel that there is a great need for clear teaching and

Plus I had no way of letting people know about my site. I could write great stuff all day, but I didn't know how anyone would hear about it. It's crazy to see where it is now, honestly.
