My job is to form the emergency procedures for a building, Wajdi's building knowledge made my job so easy. From my

experience I am normally left on my own to gather

information which can be frustrating and

time consuming. I was escorted the

entire time and feel Wadji went beyond

the normal response and took the

time to explain his answers.

What struck me during my time with JLL is how every part of the

team share the same passion for customer service. From the first

moment that you walk into one of their buildings, you are made

to feel welcome and at home. Every team member wants to look

after you and make sure you have everything you need. Everyone

who i met was so willing to go out of their way for me, whether they were a tenant services manager, a member of security or part of the concierge team. Everyone takes responsibility for providing an exceptional customer experience. The customer nominations they have received highlights and exposes their flare for delighting customers and their talent for exceeding expectations.
