As a weddings and elopement photographer , what do you think are the benefits of a smaller wedding ?
There are so many . I believe that having an intimate wedding allows the couple to be more present in their day . People get lost in all the things you ’ re ‘ supposed ’ to do at a typical wedding , which includes event after event . By the end of the night , I ’ m always hearing , ‘ Wow , that went by so fast .’ Having a more intimate wedding with less traditions allows couples to actually enjoy their day with their small group of very close guests , and more importantly , with each other . To me , it seems like these couples really stay true to the actual reason for that day : the love and celebration of marrying your person ! Being fully present is something you can ’ t ever get back once
