WELCOME to the “NEST”
NEW EHS FACULTY and STAFF
My name is Maureen Amaral. This is my first year as a Special Education Teacher
at Enfield High School. Previously to teaching, I had an Art degree and worked as a
Graphic Designer. I am also a mom to 3 children ages 9, 11 and 13. I enjoy biking
and going to the beach!
Mr. Michael Baldwin joins us after spending the past three years at JFK Middle
School. He is excited to be teaching English at Enfield High School, and looks
forward to working with our students, faculty, and staff.
Hi! My name is Mackenzie Brower and this is my first year teaching after graduating with
my Masters in Education from Eastern this past May! I grew up in a house in the woods
and fell in love with all things nature related, which lead me to majoring in Biology in
college. I knew afterwards that I truly wanted to share my passion of science with others,
so I decided to teach! I am so excited to start that teaching career in Science here at
Enfield High, let’s have a great year and go Eagles!
Chris Dresko comes to Enfield High School with 15 years of high school
band experience. He holds a BA/BS in Music Education from UCONN, an
MM in Wind Conducting from Ithaca College, and his Sixth Year in
Educational Leadership from Southern CT University. He is very excited to
be working with the music staff, students and parents at Enfield High School!
