The FRC helps strengthen the partnership between school, families and the community through a range of services and programs. Some of the programs offered by the FRC include parent and child Learning through Play groups for children ages birth to five; developmental screenings; parenting workshops; support groups for grandparents raising grandchildren, educational home visits for parents of children ages prenatal-five; resources on other community programs; support for home day care providers; and adult education/family literacy collaborations. SERVSAFE PROGRAM (Wednesday) Enfield Annex – Room E203, October 7, 2020 - 1:30 to 8:30 p.m. Fee $165.00 (includes text) Instructor James Rogers, Rogers Food Safety See Registration Directions Below (Class will only be held onsite) Beginning September 2019, Certified Food Safety Manager certificates must be current in Connecticut; ServSafe is one of the approved exams. This program provides attendees with a review of all the important points of ServSafe with a concentration on the changes in the Federal Food Code that have been made as a result of trends in food borne illnesses and the latest food safety science. Registration will be taken through the North Central District Health Department, 31 North Main Street, Enfield, CT 06082.
