This class teaches you how to use that heat and create savory spicy foods that don’ t overwhelm the palate with heat but make it enjoyable. We create dishes like firecracker chicken, spicy shrimp, spicy pad thai, Szechuan beef and more!!
MOTHER SAUCES( Thursday) Enfield HS – 6:00 – 9:00 p. m.- Sept. 11 ROOM C131( Enter Door # 47 or 48 near the auditorium) Fee $ 80 – Chef Joshua Ogrodowski( Materials fee included) No Senior Discount Mother Sauces includes Bechamel, Espagnole, Tomato, Hollandaise, Velouté and originated in France. In this class we’ ll learn how to make them and create derivatives to turn into tasty meals! Some of the meals include Baked Rigatoni, Chicken Wellington, Creole shrimp, and Breakfast Poutine!

In this class, we will explore classics like spaetzle, fresh pretzels, schnitzel, fritters, potato salad, potato cakes and much more!

In this hands-on cooking class, there are several food options to create like Jollof rice, Tagine, Harira, Sambusas and others.

Is it technique? Is it the sauce? Is the type of meat you use? In this class we will explore different types of meatballs and the technique for making them delicious. We will make Swedish, Italian, Korean style meatballs and even meatless meatballs.

In this hands-on cooking class we’ ll be exploring the tropical island foods like poke, Kalua pig, fish tacos, saimin as well as others.
