spired and motivated to do something great and this is be-
cause of the advance of technology where information is at
the touch of a button, but unlike the previous generation, they

1) Who is Phillip Kellman in business?
Phillip is a giver in business but he finds creative ways in
which he gives.
2) What first inspired you to start your businesses/
brands?
I’ve always had a passion for music, thanks to my brother
who was very much into music himself. This passion soon
turned into a ministry for Christ when I released my debut
single Rise Up.
3) What are some of the best lessons you have learned
about being an entrepreneur in Barbados?
The best lesson to be learnt in business is persistence.
It can be difficult starting and running a business, but per-
sistence separates those who make it from those who don’t.
