Steve Urry has a nationally renowned reputation as a seasoned, well-respected and creative developer, with
extensive experience in the development of multi-million dollar retail, office and apartment development
projects. He has developed award-winning properties and places great emphasis on quality, creative design
and achieving maximum economic performance.
Throughout his impressive 35-year career, Steve has managed lease negotiations and investment offerings
totaling over 2 billion dollars in transactional volume while representing national retailers in site selection and

lease negotiations throughout the western United States.
Earlier in his career, Steve started and managed Prime Commercial Real Estate, a commercial development firm
that earned a coveted “preferred developer” status for Fortune 500 national retailers such as OfficeMax, Sports
Authority, Barnes & Noble and Walgreens
Walgreens.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling, travel, flying and horseback riding. He was previously an
accomplished non-pro cutting horse competitor. Steve has three children and lives in Park City, Utah with his
wife Negin.
