What other innovative mountain ideas have been incorporated? The list is quite long, but here are a couple of our favorites: - Grass roof with integrated drainage and irrigation – The look is fantastic with native grasses and flowers and the functionality makes it well worth the effort. - Heated bathroom floors – Our homes are conditioned using a forced air heating and air conditioning system. However, nothing makes waking up better than heated bathroom tile floors when the winter chill is trying to keep you in bed. - Optional integrated motorized sun/night shades – These motorized shades bring privacy and reduce the glare of the sun at the touch of a button. - Heated driveway and garage floors – Keeping the snow in its place when you have a second home can be challenging. Heated driveways and garage floors ensure that your home remains accessible even when you are out of town. How many residences are there at Enclave at Sun Canyon?
