We were having so much fun and chatting with other customers at the tables next to us we almost forgot about the main dish! Immediately the eyes are fixed on the beau- tiful display of pork ribs. It’s no lie that the eyes eat first. Sinking your teeth into one, you get a light crisp from the glaze followed by the juicy tenderness of the meat. Fresh is the word that comes to mind but definitely an understatement. The salmon is cooked to perfection. Firm and delicious. Be- ing a garlic fan, the Stir Fried Seafood Udon Noodles took the show. A mouthful of noo- dles and fresh garlic accompanied by scallops and crab meat leaves you wanting to explore this dish without conversation! Just when you think it’s over... Dessert! Fried Bananas with Vanilla Ice Cream is the most unique item on the menu. Wrapped in won ton wraps, the flavor of the crispy exteri- or with the soft banana interior is just heaven! No wonder this gem is the go to for a celebra- tion! Our experience this evening at 99 De- grees Seafood Kitchen was a memory that will bring us back again and again. We give this restaurant an overall A+ Encantado rating!
