ent emotions and different passions . I developed a strong , sincere passion for weight lifting . Something magical happens when people allow themselves to find a passion in something . For me , it was picking up that barbell , lifting , and seeing myself get stronger and stronger everyday . I never had a personal trainer , I did all of this by trial and error . Researching every little thing I was doing , practiced my form , soaking in every single thing I could into my brain . I have learned so much on my journey . So much that I ended up making it a goal of mine to learn as much as I can while practicing everything I learn so that I may in turn help others . Kinda like a “ practice what I preach ” method . I want to be my own product of what I want to share with others . I want others to know that it IS possible to achieve if they believe . I want to help others develop that mindset that will take them far into their own journeys . I want to help build a small community of individuals who know that “ quit ” and “ I can ’ t ” and “ impossible ” isn ’ t in their vocabulary . I want to help motivate people from the inside out . I want others to know that it is possible and they are able . I want to help others visit those possibilities . I WANT to help others ! Plain and simple as that . This past June I celebrated my 2 year anniversary with a stronger mindset , physical strength , physical changes , pain and medication free , loads of knowledge , and ... the same big heart .
