with an epicurean journey, Executive Chef Zeki Açıköz and his team have brought hidden ancient
recipes and modern ones together in Aruni Restauran & Bar’s cuisine.
While a private room is available to host the Capital’s most prominent guests, Aruni also provides a cozy
atmosphere for an authentic breakfast, lunch, evening gatherings and dining in its beautiful garden.
Wood oven baked pastries, high tea treats or rakı-balık ritual with special touches of the chefs make this
restaurant unique venue to get together.
ANATOLIA’S GOURMET TREASURES
The weekly gourmet menus bring a tasty history to your table. Strong sturdy warrior Seljukian cuisine is
full of healthy proteins. It starts with Grain Soup and continues by Stuffed Lamb. The Ottoman’s richness
is also reflected in its cuisine. Zülüflü Baltacı (sultans’ private chef), Habbazin-i Hassa (baker), Helvacıyan
Hassa (pastry chef) and many more worked in the Palace Kitchen, Sultana Kitchen and the Kızlarağası
Kitchen to serve dynasty. The recipes that have been survived from those times were adapted by modern a
taste. East Anatolia, Ankara and Mediterranean cuisines as well... “Stuffed Mancar” wrapped in leaves
from Kızılcahamam, Quail tastes unique with mulberry syrup of Ayaş, and Sorbet is even sweeter when
made with Akyurt melons.
A TURKISH CLASSIC FISH NIGHT
As the fishing ban is over, flavors of the seas bring us together. Fish table is a great excuse for long
conversations. Colors, friends and discussions change, but the main course and drink always remain the
