The consumption of polyethylene in Poland in 2012 totaled 791 thousand tons according to preliminary estimates of the Reporter Chemiczny magazine, and was divided as follows: LDPE - 261 thousand tons; HDPE - 292 thousand tons, and LLDPE - 238 thousand tons.
