Every time I took a course at Hult, I chose my company as a case study. Through these
assignments, I created real value not only for myself, but for my employer too.

What’s something you’ll take away from your Hult experience?
The network is great. You get to know everyone, and as a working mother, I really benefited

I wanted to challenge myself to become a better business leader and take my career to
the next level. My motivation behind this was to progress professionally so I could support
my family by increasing my income as well as building the skills to help me make an impact
on society.
How has the program helped you reach your goals?
Professionally, I’ve been able to apply the practical learning directly from the program into my
company. This has helped me increase my annual territory profit, which ultimately led to an
increase in both my responsibilities and income.
I also worked closely with the Career Development department and, because of the quality of
candidates I saw among my classmates, I even connected the team with our company’s Talent
Acquisition Manager.
How has your time at Hult made an impact?
To summarize in a few words, I have changed completely, and I feel this is reflected in both
myself as an individual and as an executive.
I feel a lot more confident and resilient. I see that I am more effective as a communicator and
more open-minded with differing points of view.
