LEAF ROLLS
Leaf rolls is a dish of grape, cabbage, monk’ s rhubarb or chard leaves rolled around a filling usually based on minced meat, or a sweet dish of filo dough wrapped around a filling often of various kinds of chopped nuts.
ÇİĞ KÖFTE
It is traditionally made with either beef or lamb, and usually served as an appetizer or meze. In Turkish çiğ means“ raw” and köfte means“ meatball”.
DÖNER KEBAP
Döner kebab made of meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie.
TURKISH DELIGHT
It is a family of confections based on a gel of starch and sugar. Premium varieties consist largely of chopped dates, pistachios, and hazelnuts or walnuts bound by gel; traditional varieties are mostly flavored with rosewater, mastic, Bergamot orange or lemon.
BAKLAVA
Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey.
