KOFTE
In the simplest form, koftas consist of balls of minced or ground meat( usually beef, chicken, lamb or pork) mixed with spices and / or onions.
MANTI A meal made with mince in small slice dough. The dumplings typically consist of a spiced meat mixture, usually lamb or ground beef in dough wrapper, and either boiled or steamed.
LAHMACUN
It is a round, thin piece of dough toppee with minced meat( most commonly beef or lamb), minced vegetables and herbs including onions, tomatoes and pasrsley, and spices suach as cayenne pepper, ppaprika, cumin and cinnamon, then baked.
BOREK
Borek is a family of baked filled pastries made of a thin flaky dough known as phyllo. A borek may be prepared in a large pan and cut into portions after baking, or as individual pastries. It is often sprinkled with sesame seeds.
