T You Time for Relax It is important to take time out of our busy schedule to just take a breather, relax and recharge. Here is a few tips, to help you in the right direction! 1. Get enough rest and sleep ! 2. If you run out of your favorite facial scrub, a tiny bit of baking soda mixed with a little water works great. 3. Listen to soothing music 4. Save up money so you can go shopping and treat yourself to a few gifts. 5. Exercise in moderation and eat the same way. 6. For exfoliating your skin, there are many great inexpensive soaps out there that have oatmeal and other ingredients in them. 7. No matter if you decide to pamper your self daily or weekly, take the time. Every one deserves to be pampered sometimes. 8. Drink lots of water. 9.
