Remarks
This topic is one that must be dealt with delicately, carefully and with the
utmost sensitivity. Students will learn about one of the darkest parts of modern
history, one that is still in the living memory of those alive today. This is an
important piece of European History, which all people should be aware of, not
just students. This topic aims to broaden the minds of our students, socially
and culturally whilst ensuring empathy and respect for the millions who died
during this awfulperiod of history.
