Remarks
To use the Art Unit to support other Units / Subjects
The Unit Art could be used in several ways to support other units or
subjects who use active learning using drama.
For example:
You could use this stencil-art technique to decorate a scenery or a
play on stage or in the classroom and change the subject “Dream”
easily into something else. In art class you could create (big) artworks
in groups working closely with colleagues and to cooperate with other
subjects.
You could use this stencil-art technique to illustrate a poem, story or
book – units history, mother tongue etc.
Students could already select some text or pictures that they can
use
to develop their ideas about the subject
Each Student makes minimal 3 pieces of art using the stencil art
technique and will get a mark based on:
o Use of stencil technique (difficulty, precise work, details)
o original vision (development of ideas, message)
o use of material (creating a background, colours, paint)
Each student joins the exhibition of the art pieces organised by
the students or group
Each student must play a character scene with another student
(in pairs)
Pictures of the art pieces can be showed on the website
Scenes can be filmed
