 Show an excellent knowledge about stencil-art, some artists and
used techniques
 Show they have developed the skills to design stencils with more
than one layer
 Show how to develop their original artistic ideas and to turn them
into more complex art pieces– combining visual images with text
and a back an interesting background / surface to paint or spray the
stencil on using different materials (walls, wood, t shirts etc.)
 Show they have learnt and understood and developed the
techniques used in creating a character and a scene

working in pairs or teams throughout this
project

turn their ideas into art pieces

program WORD and learn to design their
own stencils using pictures

first gain knowledge about a trend in art,
learn the technique and in the end put it into
practice
