The coastal village of Pringle Bay comes alive the first Saturday of September every year with blossoming fynbos, spring bird life and the Tru-Cape Kogelberg Challenge. This year was no different. The first of four timed runs began at 07h30 on Saturday, September 6. Competitors had the choice of doing
them consecutively or selecting just the 15km trail route or the 5km fun run/walk. For non runners there was a Tru-Cape Best Potjie competition and
Tru-Cape Best Bake competition as well as a kids reptile show guided fynbos walk. See www.Tru-Cape.co.za
