EU: You spent five seasons here in Sacramento, and continue to call this city your home. Be honest – what do you love most about Sacramento… What keeps you here?

KT: I would say the people. The people were really good to me here when I played for the Kings. I played hard, so I guess people didn’t really have anything negative to say about me. I think I went to work and did my job. Also, when I got traded from Philadelphia to [Sacramento], one of my best friends who I went to high school with in Albuquerque was already living [in Sacramento]. He went to Menlo College to play football, and then got a job up here and decided to stay. So when I got traded for Chris Webber to come [to Sacramento], it was cool because most all of my friends were already here. My good friends live in Sacramento but they all commute to the bay area because they’re firefighters. Then there’s my kids—they’re going to finish school here, so I’m not leaving Sacramento, not going anywhere anytime soon. Aside from personal reasons, I now have an

EU: What’s your favorite thing to do during your free time?

KT: I love movies. I have a serious movie problem [laughs]. I am actually in the process of producing and making a couple movies. Someday I hope to actually learn how to make movies from beginning to end—that would be so awesome.
