land negotiation and dock construction takes too much time which
will delay the
company entering the market and finally lose first-mover advantage.
The original
purpose of sharing-bike system is becoming an implement of public
transit. However,
previous bike-sharing systems require commuters to return the bike to
the bike
station, sometimes commuters still need to walk few minutes from
bike station to their
destination. While a station-free bike can be placed anywhere and it
really plays a
complementary role for public transit.
To start a new business, there are three main areas that I would have
be a part of
my business. First is smartphone app, which is the essential structure
for starting an
electric bike-sharing system. The electric bike-sharing system is
cashless, station-free
and rebalancing in time, to reach these goals it requires an accurate
algorithm based
app. This app first should develop an accurate positioning system,
because all bikes
are station-free, to reduce the loss of losing bikes, an accurate
positioning system is
