1) Headquarters – Los Angeles
The Headquarters is comprised of nine departments: IT, Marketing &Sales, Finance, Human
Resource, Operation, Service Center, International Branch, and Maintenance. The international
branch department contacts with two branches and control them. The Service Center
department has a call center to handle guests’ complaints, and it prepares special events if
guests want. IT department manages Internet service and protect guests’ private information
and reservation. Marketing& sales department develops the way of our promotions and does
guest management. Finance department introduces the budget and manages money, debt,
credit, and investment. Human resource department hires and trains employees. Operation
department is related all of our hotel service. Maintenance department administrates whole
part of hotel. Hotel’s interior and exterior are always clean and beautiful. Securities keep watch
by turns.
