1. Hotel and room features
S Hotel has two room types. One is suites near the beach; the other is regular rooms in the
main building, a fifth-story building. Suites price is $5000/per night, and regular room price is
$1500/per night.
The number of the suites is thirty, and each room is separated each other. The suites include
three master bedrooms, four bathrooms, a big living room, a mini-bar, swimming pool, and a
backyard. Two of the four bathrooms have a Jacuzzi. According to five counties (China, Korea,
Italy, Egypt, and India) the interior is different. The furniture is classic and luxurious. A piano is
established in some of suites. The size is 3500 square feet. Besides, S Hotel offers items with
guest’s name like cups, pens, towels to suites guests. For example, the guests use custom-made
towel upon which is written their name. It makes them feel very special.
There are seventy regular rooms and three big conference rooms in S Hotel. The regular rooms
consist of one bed room, one bathroom and one living room. The size of rooms is 900 square
feet. The room design is very gorgeous.
The guests can enjoy famous three restaurants in our hotel. All restaurants use organic food to
make dishes. One restaurant, “Quan Ju De” is Chinese restaurant. Another “Whale Harbor”
deals with seafood. In the other “La Cou Pole”, the guest can eat French food. All guests can use
our swimming pool, fitness center and spa inside the main building. The spa facility offers body
scrubs, body wraps, hydrotherapy massages, pressure massages, and facials. They can use high
speed Internet everywhere in hotel for free. The golf field takes 10 minutes by car, and also
tennis court is provided in the hotel garden. The beach is a personal beach, so it is kept watch
on beach by securities.
