2. Walking. "Simple but yet powerful", says the Harvard Med. Team. Walking is an exercise that absolutely every person can do. From a single mile to one marathon, everyone know how to do it and it's very fun. Walking is very healthy, specially when you know how to breathe. We all should walk every day; just imagine all the world walking 30 minutes a day.

3. Swimming. This exercise gets a little more complicated to do. For swimming you need 2 important things: A. A pool. B. Lessons. You can get swimming lessons in a lot of places. The thing is that swimming is practically the healthiest exercise for a man. "Swimming is good for individuals with arthtritis because it's less weight bearing", explains Dr. Lee, professor of medicine at Harvard. Swimming reduce your pain in the muscles, bones and joints.

Start 3 or 4 times a week, 30 or 40 minutes, whatever you can. You'll be thankfull on yourself when one day you look at the mirror and say... I am sexy.
